The Building
A soaring achievement in space and light, Marina Heights eclipses
all that has gone before. Standing above 200m to the uppermost
penthouse, the tower stands tall amongst the world's finest residential
developments. Spanning just 57 floors, Marina Heights provides a truly
unique mix of two, three, and four bedroom apartments, and includes a
number of duplex designs on the upper floors. Surmounting them all are
ten superlative penthouses, each with panoramic views on three sides,
and equally astonishing space within. From the outset, Marina Heights
was conceived to be exceptional - exceptional in design, exceptional in
construction, exceptional in accommodation and finish. The tower's
unusual double rhombus plan affords remarkably spacious accommodation
and superb views. Similarly, floor to ceiling separation is above the
norm, leading to properties which are not only generous in plan, but
unusual in volume too. This imparts a unique sense of spaciousness and
comfort, whilst giving both the developers and also residents greater
flexibility in the final layout of their homes. |
